Abstract

The third volume of Netaji’s Collected Works released on Sarat Chandra Bose’s ninety-second birth anniversary (September 6, 1981) consists of a varied and fascinating collection of Netaji’s correspondence of the period May 1923 to July 1926. Such a large collection of letters, mostly written by Netaji and many written to him, relating to the early phase of Netaji’s public life, published in an organized fashion for the first time.
