الخلاصة
The book is divided into three parts. The first part deals with Islamic Jurisprudence, the second deals with the Muslim personal law including the law of succession, which is in practice and the third part deals with statutory laws relating to family matters. Besides, there in an appendix consisting of seven Acts and Rules. In writing the book writer frequently quoted from the Quran and Hadith, the two main sources of Islamic Law.
