Law on Telecommunication in Bangladesh

Abstract

The prints of the Second Edition of this book having been exhausted within a short period, we were persuaded to go for the reprint of the book in the face of increasing demand. The telecommunication sector has created enormous interest among the telecommunity as the most booming area of national development. There is no denying the fact that telecommunication as the most essential utility service has gained momentum in the growth of teledensity in Bangladesh following liberal policy of licensing the investors and operators in simplified method.
