The court-fees act & suits valuation act

Abstract

The present edition of Court-fees Act and the Suits Valuation Act, to enhance their value for reference purposes, contain the judicial decisions of the last quarter of a century (in Pakistan) beginning with 1949 to date. A number of pre-partion Indian decisions have also been added, particularly in the Suits Valuation Act.
