The Registration Act, 1908

Abstract

An Act to consolidate the enactments relating to the Registration of Documents. The hereditary allowances referred in the section are allowances which are payable out of the income of land and buildings and also allowances incidental to a hereditary office. The payment made to a Panda of Muttra by. his jaman is not a hereditary allowance mentioned in the Registration Act.
