Abstract
The third edition of company law by Shaukat Mahmood, & Nadeem Shaukat, Companies ordinance is a statute merely legislating for or regulating certain rights recognized under the common law in England, The company laws, in the Sub-Continent, were patterned on the lines of their counterpart in England. It contains chapters on company law, corporation law, companies’ ordinance, an exhaustive and upto-date commentary on companies’ ordinance, 1984 with companies’ rules, 1985 etc. with real examples from Bangladeshi corporate clients.
