Abstract

The tenth edition of company law by Ashok k. Bagrial. All the latest amendments to the Companies Act, 1956 brought about the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1999 have been incorporated at appropriate places. The present edition also takes account of the latest case law on different topics and guides students through all the major areas studied at undergraduate level. It also gives a brief history of the company law in India.
